How do the memberships work? Memberships help you budget and save for ongoing treatments. The cost of the membership is banked every month. When you are ready for your next treatment, it is already paid for! You also receive special member only discounts and monthly specials!
What are the terms of the Membership? The terms are for 6 months and will automatically renew unless you notify us that you would like to cancel. You can cancel at any time, but will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if cancelling early.
Can I change my membership? Yes! You can always move to higher membership, but will be charged a cancellation fee of $150 if moving to a lower membership.
How do I know how much I have banked? You can always check by logging into the client portal or by calling us!
Can I combine my membership discount with other discounts or specials? No, you will always be given the best possible price or discount. If the monthly member special is a 15% discount on Botox, Xeomin, Dysport or Jeuveau and you are a 5th Ave Glow member, you will be given the 15% discount rather than the membership discount of 5%.
